RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At TrinSetter Looks & Co., customer satisfaction is important to us. While all of our products are carefully inspected before shipping, we understand that things happen. Below is our return and refund policy:
Eligibility for Return or Exchange:
We accept returns or exchanges on eligible items if requested within 48 hours of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be:
- Unused
- Unaltered
- In its original packaging
- With the lace uncut (for wigs)
How to Request a Return or Exchange:
Email us at [your business email] within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item in its original state
- Reason for the return or exchange
Once approved, you will be provided with return instructions. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item was sent in error.
Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.
Custom Wig Orders:
All custom wigs are final sale and non-refundable due to the made-to-order nature of these products. Please double-check all custom details before placing your order.
